ROGER HILL

Roger Hill is an organic farmer and orchardist who recently built his permanent studio and residence in Northern Wayne County. From the surrounding countryside, the inspiration for his paintings emerge. Rich in color and symbolic imagery, Roger’s pensive landscapes speak as much about our separation from the daily rhythms of life as they do about the formative forces of nature. Over one hundred of Roger’s paintings and illustrations have appeared in books and magazines including Lighting the Flame of Compassion by Pandit Rajmani Tigunalt, Every Woman’s Yoga by Jamie Stover Schmitt and Yoga International magazine.
